Gamestop is Horrible

Last week I ordered Assassin's Creed II for my PS3 from Gamestop. Well it came today, and I was very disappointed. First of all the disk came in an envelope that was stuck in some 3 cent DVD box. Then I take it out and he disk was covered in scratches, then after the update downloaded it told me to press start to play, I get a white screen and my PS3 freezes! So now I have to get off my ass and go to Gamestop to have it replaced. Do they even check their disks for scratches before they ship them?

    Sounds like a shitty costumer service, not to mention a bad quality of service overall.

    they usually get scratched during shipping, it's the problem with wanting to get super cheap shipping alternatives.
